Managing Subscriptions

AIFor.ms has three regular plans: Free, Base, and Pro.

Plan Snapshot

Plan	Included
Free	5 transcriptions, 10 conversions, 3-minute recordings, 11 conversion types, local-only workspace.
Base	20 transcriptions, 30 conversions, 10-minute recordings, more standard conversion types, file import up to 3 MB.
Pro	40 transcriptions, 60 conversions, 30-minute recordings, Cloud Sync, Drive Backups, file import up to 10 MB.

Prices shown in the app are the source of truth.

Upgrade

1. Open Settings.
2. Open Account.
3. Find the subscription area.
4. Choose Base or Pro.
5. Follow the checkout steps.

Manage Billing

1. Open Settings.
2. Open Account.
3. Use the billing or subscription controls shown there.

Depending on your platform, billing may be handled by Stripe, Apple, or Google Play.

Usage After Limits

Some paid accounts can continue after the included monthly amount with metered usage.

The app will show prompts before premium or extended usage when confirmation is needed.

Drive Backups

Drive Backups require a plan that includes Cloud Sync / backup access.

When available, set them up in Settings → Integrations & Sync → Drive Backups.
