Connecting Integrations

AIFor.ms becomes more useful when connected to the tools you already use every day. You can connect an external drive for backups, or connect task managers and calendars for exports.

Drive Backups​

Use Drive Backups to save a copy of your AIFor.ms work outside AIFor.ms.

What gets saved:

  • Audio recordings.
  • Transcripts.
  • Final conversion artifacts.

Fast setup:

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Open Integrations & Sync.
  3. Open Drive Backups.
  4. Choose Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, or Nextcloud / WebDAV.
  5. Connect the provider.
  6. Tap Test.

If a provider says Not ready yet, pick another provider or contact support.

Exporting to Calendars & Task Managers​

AIFor.ms can directly export the structured text it generates (like To-Do lists or event summaries) to external tools.

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations.
  2. Connect your desired platforms:
    • Google Calendar: For direct event creation.
    • Todoist / Asana / Linear: For direct task exports.
    • GitHub Issues: For developers exporting bug reports.
  3. When viewing a converted document, tap the Export icon and select your connected integration to send the data instantly.
